With this option we will generate an estimate and Network it (send) along with your images and notes directly to your allocated Insurance company or third party engineer for Authorisation. We can also send it to you, so that you can submit it, if you wish to do so. One supplementary estimate will be included free of charge as part of this service.
A Costed estimate will be provided to you with vehicle manufacturer/Thatcham generated repair times and up to date vehicle data, You will receive a Full Detailed Estimate and a customer friendly Estimate to pass on to your clients.
For the same price we can also utilise your current estimating system, Most work providers send shells which are populated with the information we require. We can network your estimate to the relevant Insurer or we can simply let you log back in once we have completed the estimate to send yourself and await your own authority. Please supply your log in details for this service and upload your images to the job, we would only need these once as we would log them against your account unless you change them.
If a vehicle model isn't in our Estimating Systems, we can prepare a Manually Aided Computerised Estimate. This type of estimate is based on opinion times and paint and materials are calculated for you.
All we ask, is for you to price any parts required for the repair from your supplier.
We are available to update estimates throughout the repair process and for completed repairs that require final supplementary authority. All we require are your additional foot print images, invoices to amend parts prices, and any sublet invoices. We charge one additional cost per job for any supplementary work carried out.
A full set of images, each profile of the vehicle, mileage/odometer, VIN number, insurance details including a claim no if you have one, and any additional notes you feel will help us provide the most accurate estimate.
If you are an accident repair centre and we are submitting an estimate on your behalf to an Insurance company, we will require your profile of charges upfront (this will only be required once as we will assign them to your account) and a copy of the notification.
